Shipping and Handling
Yep, it’s glass you’re ordering, but have no fear—we know how to pack and ship it so everything arrives in one piece :)
Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the weight of each item. Your shipping cost will be approximately as follows depending on the total weight of your package (with some pieces this weight will include double-boxing and/or additional padding). In your shopping cart, select your region and press “recalculate” to determine the exact shipping cost of your pieces:

Ohio residents pay 7.25% sales tax.
We ship USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes about 2-3 days. International packages are sent by USPS Airmail Letter/Parcel Post, which usually takes 4-7 days.
Domestic orders will be sent with delivery confirmation, and we’ll email the confirmation number to you after your order has been shipped.
We’ll get your art out the door and into the mail as fast as possible. Let us know if you need it sent the same day we receive the order and we’ll do our best to rush right out to the post office.
INSURANCE
You may add insurance for items sent within the U.S. if you choose. We’ve rarely experienced any problems shipping items, but the fee is nominal, so if you want, you may purchase optional insurance here.
SPECIAL REQUESTS (GIFTS, etc)
Be sure to let us know if you have any special shipping requests, like not sending the invoice in gifts :) and we will do our best to accomodate you. There is a box for your special instructions on the shopping cart form.
