Soffietta - blog - halloween is upon us!

This weekend we had Patrick’s two youngest children over to visit. Sarah is 7, and Jackson is 5, so they are really into halloween! After raking leaves and jumping in the pile for a couple of hours on Saturday, we went out looking for pumpkins and found some real beauties. In the evening Patrick and I went over to Tink and John’s house for a visit. Checked out her studio, played pinball and had very good converstation!

On sunday we ate a good breakfast of eggs and sausage, then raked and jumped into more leaves. In the afternoon we carved two of the pumkins and roasted the seeds…..yumm! We then ended up taking our life-sized skeleton (for drawing class), the pumpkins and a few more props to put together a frightning little scene on the second floor window platform.
